Exelite LumiPAC

This pack cover sports two electro-luminescent lamps which are powered by 4xAAA batteries.  It uses the same technology as the floor lights you see on commercial air planes (which are extra safe as they have no filaments or gas).  Made by Exelite, a New Zealand company which was set up in 2003 to develop high visibility safety devices for the public.
